This is our second time staying at this hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful with our requests. The breakfast was very nice too. The room is a little small for two people but it's in a convenient location and it was quiet for us.

Close proximity to JR Oita station, OPAM, market plus loads of shops and eateries. Staff are friendly and very helpful even though not all of them can speak good English. I told one of the staff to please clean my room but seemed like she didn't understand because when I came back in the evening the room was left untouched. I went down to the front to ask for some new towels and one of the staff helped me sort this out in such a hearty manner.

A short walk from Galleria Takemachi and Cento Porta. There's a big 7-11 convenience store located just one street away. The staff were helpful and friendly and helped us with our queries in a prompt manner. The breakfast buffet was pretty good too!
